Dr. Stafford earned her doctorate from Wright State University School of Professional Psychology and completed an APA-accredited internship at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. She served as a civilian Senior Psychologist for over 19 years with the U.S. Department of Defense, conducting psychological evaluations and fitness-for-duty assessments for the U.S. Army in highly regulated military environments. She has over ten years of experience completing Disability Benefit Questionnaires  (DBQs) as provider in the Medical Evaluation Board. She is certified by the Federal Aviation Administration to complete Tier 2 pre-employment evaluations for Air Traffic Controller Specialist applicants. 

Dr. Stafford holds active psychologist licenses in Georgia and Texas and is recognized as a National Provider.
