Dr. Regina Brown, PsyD

Dr. Regina S. Brown is a Georgia-licensed Clinical Psychologist with more than twenty-five years of graduate-level experience in mental health assessment and treatment across diverse clinical and institutional settings. Her background includes private practice, hospitals, military installations, and child development centers.

Dr. Brown specializes in psychological evaluations, including impairment assessments, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and comprehensive assessments of cognitive and emotional functioning. Her forensic experience includes competency evaluations, custody and visitation determinations, and diversion eligibility assessments. She has worked extensively with individuals across the lifespan, from school-age children through older adults.

In addition to direct clinical work, Dr. Brown has collaborated with community agencies, public service advocates, attorneys, and government contractors on needs assessments, protocol and program development, and professional presentations. Her evaluation approach is structured, objective, norm-referenced, data-driven, and integrative. Her therapeutic work is empathic, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and solution-focused.

Dr. Brown completed an APA-accredited doctoral program and APPIC internship. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science and a Master of Arts in Counseling and Personnel Services from The College of New Jersey, as well as a Master of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies and a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College. She is a member of the American Psychological Association.
