Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Therapy

Stafford Psy Evals provides short-term therapy services through approved Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). These services are designed to support employees experiencing personal or work-related concerns that may be affecting well-being, performance, or adjustment.

EAP therapy is time-limited, solution-focused, and delivered within the parameters of the referring Employee Assistance Program. Services are provided with clinical professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for both the individual and the organizational context.

  • Employees referred through an approved Employee Assistance Program

  • Individuals seeking short-term, focused support through their employer-sponsored EAP

  • Organizations coordinating EAP referrals for employee support services

What the Service Involves

  • An initial assessment to identify presenting concerns and goals

  • Short-term, solution-focused therapeutic sessions
